All bookings and cancellations for our Wild Focus Safaris have to be in writing (e.g. email, online booking form) and are only effective on receipt of such notification.

All bookings are held on provisional basis until the deposit required has been received.

Deposit and final payment: From when the reservation is made a 25 % deposit within 10 days is required to secure the booking. Final payment is due 60 days prior the safari starts. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.

Payment methods: Payments in USD can be made by bank transfer or credit card (Visa or Master Card). Credit card payments carry a 3.5% service fee.

Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation more than 31 days before departure 50% of the full fee may be refunded.
Cancellation more than 15 days before departure 25% of the full fee may be refunded.
Cancellation within 14 days before departure – 100% of fees will be payable with no refund.

We highly recommend having travel insurance when booking your safari. Your travel insurance may cover any of the costs incurred above should the cancellation be for a valid medical or emergency reason.
